20 oz Simply Silver (no paint), purchased March of 2009.
Gave this as a gift to my spouse three months ago and she loves it. Her trendy co-workers thought it looks great and that they needed to get one.
She uses it for:
1. Work–high end, image conscious firm
2. Everyday–driving around town (hydrate or die here in Arizona)
3. Sport–jogging and mountain bike riding
She liked the clean look of the stainless steel (no paint, minimal logo). It keeps her drinks cold and does away with plastic bottles.
Our $3 bottle brush fits through the opening, so cleaning is pretty easy.
It can get tossed around plenty and the cap doesn’t leak and it holds up well. I don’t understand why another reviewer complained about denting it after dropping it on a hard floor–I would expect nothing less.
Paid $16 and combined it with other stuff for free shipping.

Just received – and love it. Getting the sport top was an added bonus and I love the all stainless construction. Seems rugged enough to hold up to lots of abuse and good looking enough to make me happy to carry it everywhere.

After dropping it once it cracked at the bottom and started leaking. I’ve owned these kinds of bottles for a while (different brands) and dropped them all the time. They would dent but not crack. Amazon was awesome though in allowing me to return it for a refund.

I purchased the 20 oz. silver bottle, so I don’t have problems with the paint as some customers have experienced. However, it has a narrow opening that does not allow my ice cubes in, and I find it somewhat awkward/uncomfortable to sip from. The 25 oz. bottle must have a wider opening, since other reviewers are praising the ability to put in ice cubes. I have since purchased the Klean Kanteen bottles, which have wide mouths that are easy to place ice into and sip from, even in the smaller 12 oz. size.
